Avalanche Bed and Breakfast is situated in Wanaka with spectacular views over farmland to the mountains, notably of Mt Avalanche.
We are 2.5 km from the centre of town by the famous Rippon Vineyard, near three ski fields (25 minutes drive from Treble Cone). Enjoy staying within 8 minutes walk to the lake and two quality restaurants and close to scenic walking tracks.
We offer warm hospitality in our comfortable home where you will have a spacious self contained studio unit with well equipped kitchen and ensuite. Delicious home made continental breakfast supplies are provided.
Your hosts Trish and David are happy to help you with planning any activities in this wonderful environment. Trish enjoys reading, gardening, walking, home preserving and baking. David’s interests are jet boating, fishing and snow skiing. We have a small friendly dog, Roxy, and two cats, Fluffy and Tiggy.
